Friday 11 March 2011 Hannover Leasing acquires Blaak8 office building in Rotterdam for €52 mln. (DE/NL) The building has a total floor area of approx. 13,500 m². Friday 11 March 2011 Hannover Leasing GmbH & Co. KG has acquired the new development of the Stedin headquarters, known as Blaak8, from the Kroonenberg Group. The purchase price is €52.25 million. The Kroonenberg Group will deliver the office building to both tenant and purchaser in July 2011. Thursday 10 March 2011 The administrators of Rock Group are delighted to confirm the sale of a prestigious Grade II-listed building in Haymarket, London by the Directors of Rock JV (Number 2) Limited to a client of Cheval Properties for an undisclosed figure.
