Friday 1 April 2011 ING PFCEE acquires remaining 50% stake in Wars-Sawa-Junior (PL/NL) Wars-Sawa-Junior is strategically located in Warsaw's city center. Friday 1 April 2011 ING Property Fund Central and Eastern Europe ('ING PFCEE') will become sole owner of Wars-Sawa-Junior, a prime high street retail and office property located in Warsaw, Poland. With an additional €76 million investment ING PFCEE, a real estate fund fully managed by ING Real Estate Investment Management ('ING REIM'), has acquired the remaining 50% stake in Wars-Sawa-Junior of its joint venture partner Centrum Development and Investment SA., Eastbridge Group's real estate arm. Thursday 31 March 2011 Altmarkt-Galerie Dresden: Center extension opens today (DE) Around €165 million was invested in the extension. Thursday 31 March 2011 On Thursday, March 31, 2011, at 8 am, Dresden's First Mayor Dirk Hilbert and Center Manager Thorsten Kemp are opening the extension building of the Altmarkt-Galerie with the symbolic cutting of the red ribbon. On the new three-story mall, around 100 new specialist stores, cafés, restaurants and service businesses are presented on around 18,000 m² of additional sales area.
