Tuesday 22 February 2011 Rondo 1 is Europe's first multi-tenant building to receive LEED Gold certificate (PL) Rondo 1 in Warsaw. Tuesday 22 February 2011 Warsaw's Rondo 1, an office building developed by HOCHTIEF Development Poland and currently under the company's management, is the first multi-tenant building in Europe to receive the LEED Gold certificate in the Existing Buildings category. The LEED Gold certificate is the result of a one-year process of implementing numerous environmentally-friendly solutions that have been carried out by the building's owner, MGPA Europe Fund II and HOCHTIEF Development Poland in cooperation with Epstein, a LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) certification advisor.
